These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Eligibility:
This promotion is open to entrants aged 5 or older, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
First round of winners (Projection winners) under the age of 18 will not be able to attend the VIP event but will receive a professional photo of their design projected onto the London skyline.
Second round of winners to Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025 prize winners must be aged 5 or older at the time of the event and must be accompanied by a responsible adult if under 18.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entry:
To enter, each entrant must visit the website: and enter their date of birth, full name, email address and phone number, and also at the VIP event on the 11th July on the tablet provided by a brand ambassador during the event. Parent or guardian will be required to complete entry form for any entrant aged 11 to 17 and provide adult or guardian contact details. Entrants or parent/guardian will also be required to accept the promotion terms and conditions.
Entrants may then design a and upload their design of their F1 design. The entrants with the best overall design Prior to 6th July 2025 will be in the draw to win two tickets to the Lenovo F1 VIP party at The Shard on 11th July and two package tickets to an all-expenses-paid trip to the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025
Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

The second round will select an additional winner on 30th September 2025, who will also receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
The winners and their guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of their prize.
No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable.
Winner Selection:
Winners are selected through a lucky draw after entry date has been reached.
Winner Notification:
The winners or their parent or guardian will be contacted via the email address provided on entry of the promotion. A follow-up phone call will be made via the number provided on entry if no response is received. Winners or parent/guardian will be required to respond to the initial winner notification email within 48 hours and confirm their full name, the entrant’s name if under 18 and provide their own photo ID. County of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. Open to UK residents only.
In the case that they do not respond in time, reject their prize or are ineligible, another winner will be selected using the next fastest time that day of the promotion. The process will repeat until 04/07/2025 after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner including junk folders.
Prize Delivery:
Prizes will be delivered via the Promoter (TBA) winners or their parent/guardian if under 18 must download and register on the app by providing their full name and email address. Tickets will be available one month prior to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The Promoter accepts no liability in the event a winner is unable to take up their prize for any reason outside their control.
Publicity:
Winners may be requested but are not obliged to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with this promotion as requested by Lenovo. This may include a request to use the winner’s name and image in connection with such publicity.
Winners List:
The Promoter will make available a list of winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting greg.sharpe@tbaplc.co.uk. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing greg.sharpe@tbaplc.co.uk. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
Verification:
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
General:
Any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a entrant’s entry to the promotion.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.
